Artificial Intelligence, when applied to three-dimensional technology, can boost agency sales, Edu William, CEO of The Wise Dreams told the world summit of travel agencies in Granada

Mr William presented the report on the “Digital Revolution in Travel Agencies,” supported by Amadeus.

“This distribution sector is intensive and undergoing information management transformation. However, that doesn’t mean intermediation loses its value. What is true is that we are the sector that moves the most, the agencies. We need to know where we add value.” 

“To achieve this, we can use 3D. There is something magical called Artificial Intelligence (AI), which, when applied to this three-dimensional technology, can boost agency sales.”

“We can develop something with extraordinary potential for agencies by using AI to generate content (text, video, images, etc.) in 3D. When I can record a chair in a specific color, the hotel lobby, etc., it presents an opportunity. The tools are there, it is up to us to use them.”

The summit was attended on behalf of the Irish travel Agents Association by CEO Clare Dunne and President Angela Walsh.
