Eight US luxury travel advisors visited Ireland in September 2025, hosted by Tourism Ireland, Tourism NI, and Fáilte Ireland.

The itinerary included site inspections at luxury hotels like Culloden Estate & Spa, Dromoland Castle, and Adare Manor. Activities featured a Belfast food tour, sheepdog demonstration at Glenshane Country Farm, and falconry at Adare Manor.

The group experienced oyster shucking at Burren Smokehouse and a private island cruise with Sionnan Luxury Cruises. The visit aims to promote Ireland’s luxury tourism to US clients, leveraging advisors’ influence.

Alison Metcalfe of Tourism Ireland USA shared: “Tourism Ireland was delighted to invite this group of specialist luxury travel advisors from the US to visit Ireland, to experience at first-hand some of our luxury tourism offering, including our boutique hotels and high-end resorts. Seeing is believing and our aim is that when they return home, they will be even more enthusiastic about the destination, helping to secure a greater share of their business for Ireland.”
