Executive Director of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, Nikhil Seth gave a guest lecture at TU Dublin on the organisation’s role in strengthening knowledge and capacities in peace, security, and delivering the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

During the event, delegates from TU Dublin and UNITAR met to establish a strategic partnership focused on learning, teaching, and research related to Sustainable Development. This collaboration makes TU Dublin the first Irish University to partner with the UN’s specialised training and education agency on a Sustainability Education program.

The alliance aims to provide a global framework for sustainable research, aligning with TU Dublin’s Strategic Plan and the UN SDGs.
