Turkish Airlines has confirmed that it will launch its new Istanbul-Singapore-Melbourne service in March, ending speculation about its first Australian route.
The airline will initially operate a thrice-weekly service via Singapore, with plans to eventually offer direct flights.
To celebrate the launch, special fares of US$1,199 are being offered for bookings made by 15 April, with travel between 15 March and 15 May.
Turkish flies double daily from Dublin to Istanbul.
