TVE programme Página Dos focuses on literary tourism to Ireland

The cultural and literary TV programme Página Dos will showcase Ireland’s literary heritage to around 200,000 viewers in Spain on TVE, with additional content reaching thousands more through the program’s social channels.

Presenter Óscar López will visit iconic literary landmarks in Ireland, including Trinity College, Oscar Wilde House, Seamus Heaney HomePlace, National Library of Ireland, Sweny’s pharmacy, Queen’s University, and CS Lewis Square in Belfast, highlighting the country’s rich literary connections.

Tourism Ireland, Fáilte Ireland, and Tourism NI supported the filming of the 30-minute episode, aiming to promote Ireland’s literary attractions to potential Spanish visitors and inspire interest in experiencing the country’s diverse cultural offerings.
