Two thirds of the staff at AirNav Ireland earned over €100,000 last year, with a total of 418 employees reaching six-figure salaries.
AirNav Ireland managed a record-breaking 679,000 flights, providing voice communications for over 537,000 flights in the North Atlantic.
CEO Peter Kearney received total remuneration of €266,000, with a seven-year term set to end in June.
Pre-tax profits declined by 37 per cent to €12.8m due to increased staff costs and a rise in workforce numbers.
The group generated revenue from airline customers for traffic management services, with a dividend of €4.5m paid to the State last year.
