End State Solutions and Avtrain have formed a collaboration to streamline certification for aerospace firms across the US and Europe.
The partnership targets drones, Advanced Air Mobility, eVTOL, and High-Altitude Platform Systems, leveraging FAA and EASA expertise. Discussions leading to the alliance occurred at the Commercial UAV Expo from September 2-4 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Avtrain holds EASA Recognised Entity status from the Irish Aviation Authority for open, specific, and certified category operations. End State Solutions bridges innovators and FAA regulators using 14CFR interpretations for emerging technologies.

Charlton Evans of End State Solutions shared: “Our mission at End State Solutions is to certify autonomy in aerospace by navigating complex regulations to get emerging technology companies to revenue operations, and we pride ourselves on bridging the cultural gap between innovators and regulators in the U.S. This collaboration with Avtrain is a natural extension of our commitment to our clients. It ensures that companies looking to operate globally will benefit from a cohesive strategy, avoiding the pitfalls of disparate regulatory interpretations and accelerating their market entry in both the U.S. and Europe. We are truly becoming a bridge to revenue operations for emerging aerospace on a transatlantic scale.”
Julie Garland shared: “Avtrain’s strength lies in our broad, deep understanding of the European regulatory environment, particularly the application of SORA 2.5 globally, coupled with our interpersonal relationships with EASA and National Aviation Authorities across Europe. Our mission has been to actively promote industry growth and drive regulatory proportionality and simplification through extensive participation at JARUS, JEDA, and EASA Stakeholder Advisory Body Drone Community, which gives us a unique insight into the evolving regulatory environment. This collaboration with End State Solutions means that operators can move from one jurisdiction to another, expanding their operations across the pond with a single, harmonized approach. It provides a significant advantage and strength as the industry continues to evolve and move globally.”
