Vicky Jarman joins board of Aercap as non executive director

AerCap announced the appointment of Victoria (Vicky) Jarman as Non-Executive Director at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 16, 2025.

Paul T. Dacier was re-appointed as Chairman of the Board along with Chief Executive Officer Aengus Kelly and re-appointed Non-Executive Directors James Lawrence, Jennifer VanBelle, and Michael Walsh.

All appointments will take effect from the close of the 2025 AGM and are for a duration of four years.

Michael Gradon has retired from the Board effective from the end of the 2025 AGM after 15 years of service.

Vicky Jarman is a chartered accountant who qualified at KPMG before spending over ten years with Lazard Ltd working in the Investment Banking team and then as Chief Operating Officer for the London and Middle East operations until 2009.

Vicky has previously been a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committees of Equiniti Group plc, Hays plc and De La Rue plc, a Non-Executive Director of Signature Aviation plc, Melrose Industries plc and Entain plc and Senior Independent Director at Equiniti Group plc. She is a non-Executive Director of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc.
