
Visitor attractions closed because of storm Isha include The Cliffs of Moher and Birr Castle in county Offaly.
The Cliffs of Moher issued a statement saying the site will close at 2pm due to the Orange Wind warning coming into effect at 5pm. “Please do not visit the site after 2pm on Sunday 21st of January.”
Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow wind warning for the entire country which is valid from 11am Sunday January 21 until 4am Monday January 22.
A Status Orange wind warning will take effect for all areas from 5pm.
The bridge in Derry has closed to ‘high sided vehicles’ as Storm Isha approaches.
