Cork-based Atlantic Flight Training Academy (Afta) has formed a new partnership with VistaJet, one of the world’s leading private jet operators.
Afta, established in 1995, operates a modern fleet of aircraft and simulators, including Diamond DA 42 aircraft and B737 NG and B737 MAX simulators. VistaJet serves corporations, governments, and private clients, flying to 187 countries and covering 96pc of the world.
Afta has additional partnerships with various airlines, both large and small. They recently signed an agreement with Austrian firm GlobeAir to train cadets for their exclusive private jet hire services, catering to politicians, diplomats, business leaders, musicians, and elite sports personalities like soccer players, golfers, and F1 drivers. Afta also collaborates with Ryanair on a mentorship and training program.
