Westjet adds Dublin flights to Calgary, Halifax & Toronto in summer 2024

WestJet will resume seasonal routes to Dublin from Toronto from March 1 (daily B737-8), Calgary from April 29 B787-9 4w and 5w and Halifax from June 19 (B737-8 4w). 

This means there will be four airlines operating the Dublin to Toronto route insumemr 2024, Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Transat and Westjet.

WestJet will also add Toronto (daily) and Halifax (4 pw) to Edinburgh, both with B737 MAX, in summer 2024 to its existing Calgary-Edinburgh route (4 pw). It is the first time Edinburgh has a direct flight to Halifax.

The additional Canadian flights will see Edinburgh Airport accommodate more flights to North America than ever before as it continues to expand its transatlantic opportunities. WestJet will also add Calgary-Keflavik with B737-8 with Calgary-Tokyo expanding to a daily B787.
