Wizz Air will resume services to Chisinau, the only commercial airport in Moldova, on December 14, 2023 after a security scare.
Three Wizz aircraft were stranded in Kiev when Russia invaded Ukraine and the airline stopped serving Moldova in March.
Initially, the airline will have a limited network, operating flights from London Luton 3w, Rome Fiumicino, and Milan Malpensa 2w each to Chisinau.
