- Casual Dining: Franco’s Enniskillen: A long-established, vibrant Italian restaurant on Queen Elizabeth Road known for its buzzing atmosphere, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, quality steaks, seafood, and generous portions of Mediterranean favourites.
- Chef: Glen Wheeler, 28 At The Hollow, Enniskillen: Talented chef-patron (Great British Menu alumnus) at this intimate fine-dining spot, celebrated for his precise, ingredient-driven tasting menus that deliver memorable modern cooking in a relaxed yet special setting beneath Blakes of the Hollow.
- Contemporary Irish Cuisine: The Street Kitchen Enniskillen: A lively spot in Paget Lane offering creative brunch and lunch by day, then tapas-style small plates with global street-food influences fused with the best local Irish produce on Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Customer Service: Franco’s Enniskillen: The popular Italian restaurant highly regarded for its consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming service alongside great food in a lively setting.

- Gastro Pub: Irvine’s Steakhouse & Bar Tempo: A family-run “field-to-fork” steakhouse and bar in the village of Tempo, featuring premium local beef, a warm vintage-modern interior, cocktails, and live music in a welcoming gastropub atmosphere.
- Hotel and Guesthouse: Catalina Restaurant at Lough Erne Resort, Enniskillen: The elegant fine-dining restaurant (with AA Rosettes) at the 5-star Lough Erne Resort, offering refined seasonal menus with stunning views over the golf course and lough in a luxurious setting.
- Innovator: 28 at the Hollow Enniskillen: The intimate restaurant from Glen Wheeler and Zara McHugh, praised for its innovative approach to fine dining through creative multi-course tasting menus and memorable experiences in a historic Enniskillen location.
- Local Food Hero: Joe Kelly, Joe the Baker Enniskillen: Community-supported artisan baker producing high-quality organic sourdough breads and naturally leavened pastries using traditional methods, supplying locals, markets, and eateries across Fermanagh.
