Air France introduces alcohol-free bubbly in La Première

Air France added an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from French Bloom to its La Première cabin. Head sommelier Xavier Thuizat selected the organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir-based wine with no sulfites or added sugars. The option provides a refined pairing alongside prestige Champagnes like Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle. La Première remains available on routes from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to New York-JFK, Los Angeles, Tokyo-Haneda, and others this winter. Redesigned suites feature modular layouts for privacy and space.

Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko creates menus from 15 January 2026 on flights from Abidjan to Paris-Charles de Gaulle for La Première and Business Class. Dishes include chicken in coconut milk and sea bass in banana leaves for La Première. Business Class offers gnocchi with corn cream and spicy sea bass broth. Sacko becomes the first Michelin-starred chef for sub-Saharan African departures. The approach ties onboard dining to departure geography and French technique.
