The Lodge at Ashford Castle launched “With Our Compliments” programme for midweek stays Sunday to Thursday, running 2 November to 11 December 2025 and 1 February to 12 March 2026.
Activities include daily dog walks, heritage walks, historian talks on Ashford Estate and Guinness family, chair yoga, kitchen garden talks, and cooking demonstrations by Executive Head Chef Jonathan Keane.
Guests acan ccess 350-acre estate with complimentary golf, tennis, bike hire, and Éalú facility featuring 15-metre pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and gym. Rates start from €319 per Deluxe room for one-night stay for two with dinner. The xperiences reflect Lodge spirit and estate heritage at no additional cost.
