
Aer Lingus is requesting the Irish Airline Pilots’ Association to give at least fifteen days notice if planning to take strike action. the union is only required to provide seven days notice.
IALPA members at Aer Lingus voted overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action, including potential labour withdrawal, amid an ongoing pay dispute with management.
Talks between Aer Lingus and pilots are to resume in an effort to resolve the dispute.
