Air France-KLM and SAS have established new codeshare and interline agreements as part of SAS joining the SkyTeam alliance in September.
Air France-KLM has taken a stake in SAS, resulting in SAS leaving Star Alliance for SkyTeam.
The agreements will provide Air France and KLM customers access to 33 Northern European destinations beyond SAS hubs and vice versa, while intercontinental routes will be added soon.
Reciprocal loyalty programme benefits will begin on 1 September, allowing Flying Blue and EuroBonus members to earn and use miles/points on all flights, and EuroBonus members to enjoy SkyTeam benefits.
