With roots tracing back to its origins as an old Georgian residence for the local county surgeon, the Annebrook Hotel, acquired by the Dunne family in 2005, has evolved into a renowned establishment known for its historical significance and popular appeal as a venue for weddings and conferences.

The proposed expansion, outlined in submitted plans to Westmeath County Council, encompasses the addition of 60 modern bedrooms, a new restaurant/bistro, breakfast room, reception area, extended bar area, and ancillary rooms to enhance the hotel’s amenities.
