
Randolph Kirk Parker, a US national, applied for Irish passports in the names of two deceased Irish babies, leading to an investigation by Gardaí.
Parker’s true identity was uncovered after authorities discovered he had an arrest record in Michigan from 1970.
Parker was found to have applied for passports in the names of Geoffrey Warbrook and Philip Frank Morris, both deceased infants from Ireland.
Following his arrest, Parker pleaded guilty to charges of using false information to obtain passports and possession of a false instrument, with sentencing adjourned at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
