Ashford Castle plans House of Guinness history weekend Ashford Castle is planning to host a Guinness History Weekend on 12–13 December 2025 to mark the centenary of Lady Ardilaun’s passing.
Four direct descendants of Sir Benjamin Lee Guinness attended and shared family stories. Historian Kevin Egan guided the programme. The package included two nights luxury accommodation and full access to the estate. Guests chose optional experiences that included falconry, horse riding, and spa treatments.
