Three Dublin pubs owned by Paddy McKillen Junior’s Oakmount, including Thomas Rody Maher’s on Baggot St, Ashton’s in Clonskeagh, and The Foxhunter in Lucan, are up for sale with guide prices totalling €13.5m.

CBRE is guiding €5.25m for The Foxhunter in Lucan and its adjoining development site, while the guide price for Thomas Rody Maher’s on Baggot St is €3.5m and €4.75m for Ashton’s in Clonskeagh.

These pubs were acquired by Oakmount as restoration projects, and The Foxhunter in Lucan and Thomas Rody Maher’s had not traded for several years before being acquired by the company.

The Foxhunter in Lucan has potential for development due to its significant road frontage and adjoining site, while Ashton’s in Clonskeagh was acquired in 2022 with plans for a boutique hotel overlooking the Dodder river.
