The Asuka III, the latest ship from NYK Cruises, will float out from Meyer Werft in Papenburg on January 18, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m.

After the float out, the ship will move to the outfitting dock for a few weeks to complete its funnel installation.

The 744-guest vessel is scheduled for Ems River transfer in early March 2025, with the specific date still subject to adjustments.

Following the transfer, the Asuka III will undergo deep-sea trials in the North Sea, ensuring it meets all technical specifications before its delivery for the summer 2025 cruise season in Asia.
