The High Court in London has ruled that the case taken by aircraft lessors, including AerCap against insurers must be held in Ukraine rather than England.

Six separate lawsuits taken by lessors, including AerCap, Genesis, and Fortress, against insurers relating to stranded aircraft in Riussia have been paused by the High Court in London

Justice Andrew Henshaw ruled that exclusive jurisdiction clauses in contracts related to the leased jets state that disputes must be resolved in Ukraine as per the contractual agreements.
