Dublin based Avolon, the world’s second biggest aviation leasing company, executed 39 lease transactions, delivered 9 new aircraft, transitioned 3 aircraft, and sold 9 aircraft for the first quarter of 2024. while entering letters of intent for the sale of 17 additional aircraft.
They also entered into letters of intent for the sale and leaseback of 7 aircraft and added 3 new customers, bringing their total to 145 airline customers in 64 countries.
Avolon concluded the quarter with an owned and managed fleet of 577 aircraft and had orders and commitments for 456 new technology aircraft.
