Booking.com has argued for a US court to reverse verdicts regarding a case involving the screen-scraping of fares from Ryanair’s website,
The trial in Delaware was described by Booking.com as focusing solely on a dispute between two European companies and should not have been heard in the United States.
Booking.com launched its US lawsuit against Booking Holdings and its subsidiaries in 2020.
