Brian Bowler has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa in Killarney. He was previously regional operations manager for the iNUA Collection of hotels.

He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, previously holding roles at various renowned hotel brands, including The Brehon and The Montenotte Hotel in Cork.

In 2019, Bowler was appointed President of the Irish Hospitality Institute.

Brian also served as Vice Chair of the Kerry branch of the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) and as a board member of the Destination Kerry Tourism Forum, where he was instrumental in the creation of the Kerry Tourism Strategy & Action Plan 2016-2022. Brian was the past President of the SKAL Club of Kerry in 2016 and contributed to the founding of the Let’s Talk Tourism conference where speakers included Travel Extra editor Eoghan Corry.

Brian Bowler shared, “Aghadoe has a really strong team that I’m looking forward to working with.  I have an open door policy, so together we hope to achieve a lot.”
