The Carnival Festivale will debut in 2027, sailing from Port Canaveral and introducing a new outdoor zone called Sunsation Point on the top three decks.
Sunsation Point will feature Carnival Waterworks Ultra, a family-friendly water park that replaces the BOLT Ultimate Seacoaster on current Excel ships, with six exciting slides.
The water park will include four new slides, two family raft slides, and sections for children as young as three feet tall, along with dedicated splash pads and baby play areas.
Activities in Sunsation Point will include a sports court, ropes course, jogging track, mini golf course, outdoor games, and themed arcade spaces for family entertainment.
In the evenings, Sunsation Point will come alive with vibrant illumination and host special events, including extended water park hours and music activities, making it the first time Waterworks will operate at night.
