Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Carnival Jubilee, has completed its first full round of sea trials and is on track to officially join the fleet after being delivered to Carnival on December 4 by shipbuilder Meyer Werft in Papenburg, for its debut in Galveston, Texas. on December 23.
The sea trials, which took place on November 14, involved a comprehensive testing of the ship’s technical, mechanical, and navigational systems by a team of officers, technicians, and engineers.
Captain Andrea Catalani said “our all-new Carnival Jubilee performed extremely well through each test we put her through this past week. Now shortly, we’ll start cruising and our team is prepared to welcome our guests from Galveston onto this beautiful new ship,”.
