Castlemartyr to Culloden: Cormac Fadden ‘delighted’ at new appointment

Cormac Fadden has been appointed General Manager of Culloden Estate and Spa, a luxury property in Belfast, as part of Hastings Hotels.

Cormac brings over a decade of five-star hospitality experience, having previously served as Hotel Manager at Castlemartyr Resort in Cork and in leadership roles at The Fitzwilliam Hotel in Dublin.

He holds a BSc and MSc in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Technological University Dublin and aims to enhance the hotel’s excellence and guest experience.

Culloden Estate and Spa recently received the Food Lovers Choice Award at the Good Food Ireland Awards at the K Club for its locally sourced menu and sustainable practices.
