Rudi Schreiner, the current CEO and co-founder of AmaWaterways, is transitioning to the position of Chairman of the Board, while Catherine Powell will assume the role of CEO starting July 1st.
Co-founders Rudi Schreiner and Kristin Karst will continue their involvement with the company, with Karst maintaining her position as Global Brand Ambassador.
The company aims to pursue growth through new destinations and technological investments, with confidence in Powell’s experience from esteemed roles at Disney and Airbnb to guide AmaWaterways forward.
