Center Parcs is to invest in wellness as its parent company seeks new growth.

Private equity parent firm Brookfield has invested €24m to upgrade its Aqua Sana spa facilities across its line of resorts.

Last November Stuart Angus was appointed as group director of spa for Center Parcs UK & Ireland in a newly created role.

The Aqua Sana spas generate £33m in revenues annually and welcome 37,000 customers a month.

Center Parcs has invested over £15m in adding Forest Spas to its Aqua Sana locations, with plans to upgrade more sites.

Angus has been tasked with strategic growth for the spas, focusing on brand awareness and potential expansion of the business.
