China’s Huaxia International Cruise will be forming the largest cruise fleet in Asia through state-led consolidation.
China Tourism Group will operated the venture with a 65pc stake in Adora Cruises. The fleet includes five ships under Adora, Astro Ocean, and Nanhai brands. Adora Magic City entered service in 2024 while sister ship Adora Flora City prepared for late 2026 delivery. Brands continued independent operations after consolidation.
