Cork Whiskey Fest will take place in Cork City from 27 to 29 March 2026 marking its fourth edition as Ireland’s fastest growing whiskey festival.
This year’s festival is significantly larger, featuring a relocation of its flagship events to Cork City Hall to accommodate increased capacity and over 60 distilleries and brands.
Festival Highlights and Events
The main Brand Expo and Socials will be held at Cork City Hall on Friday and Saturday evenings, featuring tastings from numerous distilleries and brands. Oliver Plunkett Street will serve as a hub for smaller, intimate events throughout the weekend. A special Distillery Day at Midleton on Saturday offers access to the Midleton Distillery warehouses, though this event is currently sold out.

- Silent Irish Distilleries on Saturday at 3:30 pm at Canty’s Bar.
- Redbreast Cask Masterclass on Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Imperial Hotel Ballroom.
- Peated Pot Still Whiskey on Sunday at 2:00 pm at The Frisky Whiskey Bar (€33).

- Tickets for the festival are available on the official website. Prices vary depending on the event. Due to high demand, some events, including the Midleton Warehouse Masterclass and Distillery Day, are already sold out, and advance booking for other events is highly recommended. Key venues for the festival include Cork City Hall, Oliver Plunkett Street, The Imperial Hotel, and various local bars.
The event promises an expanded programme with more exhibitors tastings masterclasses and exclusive bottlings celebrating Irish whiskey heritage.
