
Crystal has introduced an updated menu for Osteria d’Ovidio created by chef Massimiliano Alajmo and restaurateur Raffaele Alajmo.
The new menu will debut on the Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony later in the summer of 2025.
Dishes are segmented into three sections: Italia, Le Calandre, and Venezia, each offering a unique experience of Italian gastronomic traditions.
The menu accentuates classic Italian dishes alongside modern interpretations, merging flavours and culinary narratives.
VP of Food and Beverage Operations, Gunter Lorenz, highlighted the intention of providing extraordinary culinary experiences through this collaboration.
