The Good Food Ireland Conference 2025 will take place on Tuesday, 25th March at Anantara The Marker Hotel Dublin, focusing on the roles of Ireland’s agri-food and tourism sectors.

The conference will officially launch the Good Food Ireland® Food & Drink Experiences Online Sales Platform and includes sessions on innovation, sustainability, and local connections in food and tourism.

`Discussions will include creating resilient food systems in Ireland, adapting to modern visitor demands, and elevating Irish seafood for tourism.

Keynote speakers include industry leaders such as Alice Mansergh, and JP McMahon will address how to support the evolving relationship between food and tourism.

Participants will discuss connecting with consumers, enhancing dining experiences, and fostering community collaborations that align with sustainability and economic growth initiatives.
