Dalata Hotel Group is expanding its presence in Germany with the opening of its second hotel, the Clayton Hotel Tiergarten, in Berlin.
This location marks Dalata’s fourth hotel in Continental Europe and is part of a 25-year lease agreement.
The hotel, previously the Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten, is undergoing an 18-month refurbishment with plans to feature 274 bedrooms and various amenities.
Shane Casserly, Deputy CEO of Dalata, shared that Berlin is a leading global travel destination and essential for their European strategy.
The company is committed to its partnerships and aims to enhance its brand in Germany while maintaining strong relations with Deka Immobilien.
