The Disney Destiny has floated out at Meyer Werft. The ship is set to sail its maiden voyage from Port Everglades on November 20, 2025, with itineraries to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Featuring a “Heroes and Villains” theme, the ship will showcase characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Disney Parks, including Spiderman on its stern.
The Walt Disney Theatre will offer a show titled “Disney Hercules” along with live performances of “Frozen” and “Disney Seas the Adventure” during every cruise.
Disney Cruise Line plans to introduce additional ships, including the Disney Adventure in Singapore, with contracts for four new vessels set to launch between 2027 and 2031.
A written statement shared, “The heroes and villains theme will take center stage and interact with guests. Every cruise will include live performances of ‘Frozen’ and ‘Disney Seas the Adventure.'”
