Dublin Airport has introduced a new new “Rate My Airport” feature on the Dublin Airport app to allow passengers to provide real-time feedback and report any issues they encounter. The app allows users to offer ratings on different aspects of their airport experience through a star-rating system. The airline says this will improve its feedback loop with passengers and make further improvements in its terminals.
Dublin Airport recently formed a “Passenger Panel” consisting of diverse airport users which will meet twice a year with the airport’s CEO and Managing Director to provide feedback on all aspects of the airport’s offerings. The panel members, chosen through a competition on social media, will reflect the diverse passenger base at Dublin Airport and have the opportunity to provide input throughout the year.
Kenny Jac ops, CDEo fo the airport, says these new tools, along with existing research tools like the “Happy or Not” devices located throughout the terminals, will help Dublin Airport improve passenger satisfaction by swiftly addressing issues and making necessary improvements based on real-time feedback.
