
Dunluce Lodge launched its Christmas Winter À La Carte menu from 24 November 2025 to 2 January 2026 that featured local produce from counties Antrim, Armagh and Down..
Starters included seasonal soup with stout soda goats cheese tart chicken liver parfait seared scallops and roasted pigeon. Main courses offered Lisdergan flax-fed beef fillet Thornhill duck bone-in sirloin Manor Farm chicken halibut cod and grilled market fish.
Desserts comprised Armagh apple baked Alaska soufflé chocolate layers ginger treacle with Bushmills whiskey and Yellowman ice cream. The restaurant hosted two New Year’s Eve experiences and offered vouchers combining dining spa and overnight stays.
Stephen Holland shared “We want to put the best of Ireland on a plate this Christmas for our guests as they enjoy a little luxury and time with loved ones.”
