Five Forest eco-cabins, two renovated lodges, and two apartments are to open at the Mt Congreve Gardens in Waterford, aiming to transform it into a top European eco-destination.
Mt Congreve Gardens, home to six generations of the Congreve family, offers 70 acres of woodland gardens and four acres of walled gardens within a 140-acre estate.
The refurbishment of Mt Congreve includes new walking routes, pathways, a woodland playground, and an enhanced audio-visual system.
Mt Congreve House is open to visitors for the first time in its history, with the estate receiving tourism awards and recognition.
