Etihad Airways is set to increase its connectivity to Sydney from daily to 10 flights a week starting July 2025.
Sydney Airport anticipates that Etihad plans to grow its operations further, aiming for double-daily services in the future.
The airline will operate a mix of two-class Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and 777-300ER aircraft, featuring 1-2-1 configured business class cabins for enhanced passenger comfort.
Etihad’s investment in Sydney reflects confidence in the region, with plans for additional flights to key European cities for summer 2025, alongside new routes to Warsaw and Prague launching in June 2025.
