Padraig O’Kane’s FIRE Steakhouse in Dublin city centre is serving the World’s Best Steak, Jack’s Creek Sirloin Steak, for €90 per person for a limited time

The set menu curated around the steak by culinary director Richie Wilson is priced at €115 per person

The menu includes oysters, the sirloin steak cooked over a live fire, and Drunken Saint Cheese from Co Meath as dessert

Jack’s Creek Sirloin Steak from Australia was named the World’s Best Steak at the World Steak Challenge, with Irish steaks also winning medals at the event
