Four Seasons plans to expand its global portfolio to 180 hotels and resorts by 2033, starting with openings in Venice, Mykonos, Cartagena, and Puerto Rico in 2025, alongside the reopening of Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara this spring.

The brand will debut The Park Gstaad in Switzerland for the 2026-2027 winter season, and add properties in Porto Heli, Greece, and Puglia, Italy, as part of its growth strategy.

Four Seasons will expand into Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Tanzania, and Asia, with a highly anticipated 44-storey hotel in Shanghai’s Huangpu district set to open in 2027.

CEO Alejandro Reynal highlights the brand’s focus on personalised service and innovation, following the recent reopening of Four Seasons New York in late 2024.
