
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has introduced the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Academy, an online training platform aimed at enhancing travel agents’ knowledge and sales skills.
The platform includes bite-sized learning modules about the cruise line’s brand, fleet, and curated itineraries, allowing agents to complete the training at their convenience with engaging quizzes and games.
Agents who finish the training modules will have opportunities for ship visits, educational cruises, and access to promotional materials and campaign updates.
Geoff Ridgeon, head of sales, expressed excitement about the new platform, designed to provide agents with fun and accessible tools to increase their sales, and welcomed feedback for future modules.
