London-based startup Global Airlines has acquired full ownership of an A380-800 aircraft from China Southern Airlines.
The acquisition was made without debt, leases, or financing, demonstrating Global’s commitment to asset ownership.
Global plans to operate trans-Atlantic flights with a mixed-configuration A380, although the debut has been delayed to later in 2024.
