MacNeill’s, located in the historic cellars of The Hardiman on Eyre Square, Galway, has reopened after a €400k refurbishment, creating 15 new jobs and bringing back its classic charm with a touch of contemporary style.
The refurbished pub, designed by Graham Barrow, combines salvaged materials with luxurious fittings to create a unique and harmonious space that complements the Hardiman Hotel above.
MacNeill’s offers what it calls a warm and inviting atmosphere, traditional Irish cuisine with a modern twist, an extensive selection of Irish and international drinks, live music, and entertainment.
The Hardiman Hotel, formerly the Great Southern, has announced the addition of 20 new rooms..
