IHG Hotels and Resorts have introduced new narrower room options for its suites brands – Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Atwell Suites.
The prototypes focus on smaller room configurations catered towards shorter-stay guests while maintaining key brand elements like ample storage and kitchen space.
Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Atwell Suites will see adjustments to room bay sizes and configurations to allow for more efficient use of space and potentially increase revenue for developers.
The move comes in response to launches by rival hotel groups, including Marriott’s StudioRes and Hilton’s LivSmart Studios.
