The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has launched IATA Connect, a secure platform designed for aviation safety, security, compliance, and operations experts, facilitating collaboration among airlines, regulatory agencies, and auditors.

The platform initially focuses on the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), enabling community members to exchange safety documentation, share information, and enhance aviation safety measures.

IATA Connect includes a private documentation repository that contains IOSA audit reports, standards, industry alerts, and profiles of 440 airlines, supported by analytical and benchmarking tools to improve efficiency in compliance management.

The community has over 2,300 invited aviation safety professionals, and the platform will also feature mobile access, integrating other IATA safety offerings like Safety Connect and the Safety Issue Hub to create a comprehensive resource for aviation safety professionals.
