Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship, has arrived at its new homeport in Miami, Florida, in anticipation of its maiden voyage on January 27.
The ship’s inaugural seven-night journey will cruise the Eastern Caribbean, visiting Basseterre, St. Kitts, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and Royal Caribbean’s private island, Coco Cay, in the Bahamas.
After its first trip, Icon of the Seas will continue to offer week-long Caribbean cruises from Miami, with itineraries featuring stops in Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and Roatan, Honduras.
