IHG has introduced two new hotels, Shanghai Snow World Hotel (Vignette Collection) and Crowne Plaza Shanghai, in the recently established Shanghai Snow World complex.
The complex features the world’s largest indoor ski facility, which includes multiple slopes and an Olympic-sized ice rink, alongside plans for a Nordic-themed water park.
The Vignette Collection aims to enhance luxury hospitality experiences, operating 19 properties globally and expecting to launch 34 more, including the transformation of six hotels in Abu Dhabi.
Shanghai Snow World Hotel includes modern accommodations and diverse dining options, addressing both leisure guests and event facilitators, while raising some environmental concerns regarding its large scale amidst record-high temperatures in China.
